The Store Presentation and Innovation Manager assists the Sr. Manager of Store Development and Innovation in supporting the merchandising department. The Manager of Store Presentation and Innovation is responsible for leading and managing merchandising projects from inception to completion. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role includes strategic planning, project coordination, communication, and analysis to drive successful merchandising initiatives, including the development and execution of in-store graphics, store messaging, and communication tools that enhance the customer experience and support merchandising strategies. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand storytelling through environmental graphics, in-store communications, and wayfinding systems across all store formats. As part of the Store Planning team, the candidate will help support the Merchants and Merchandising Team (liaison between Merchants and Store Planning). Additionally, the Store Presentation and Innovation Manager will be responsible for supporting the Merchandising Field Project Manager with new stores, remodels, and refreshes, including fixtures, visual assets, and graphic/communication packages. The position will require travel to complete projects throughout the company. The candidate must be able to build partnerships with procurement, set teams, construction team, store projects manager, store management, and 3rd party vendors to accurately communicate progress, status, and issues around projects. This role will be counted on for effective communication to all interested parties in a timely and professional manner.
