This is a temporary position supporting the Store Planning Team. The role is responsible for operational support for new boutiques, renovations, relocations, and minor works throughout the Americas network. Requirements

1-3 years project coordination experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the design, architecture, interiors, or construction industries is ideal.
AutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of minor works projects within the existing boutique network.
Liaise with internal corporate and regional teams to facilitate the works and coordinate with boutique teams during the interventions.
Maintain pipeline of projects and update schedules on Monday.com.
Assist Project Managers in the project RFP processes – including but not limited to issuing RFP’s, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, Contractors.
Communicate and share Store Planning materials to external teams such as drawings, renderings, square footages, and other relevant files & information.
Complete vendor agreements for architects, contractors, millworkers.
Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.
Assist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projects.
