About The Position

This position supports Store Operations through the development and management of advanced analytics, reporting solutions, dashboards, and decision-support tools that improve operational performance and execution across stores. The role is responsible for transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that support senior leadership, field teams, and cross-functional business partners in making informed business decisions. Additionally, this position supports operational improvement initiatives, special projects, and implementation activities through data analysis, process evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and dashboard/report development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and large data set analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with the ability to rapidly assess operational issues and identify actionable solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of operational data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong understanding of operational reporting, KPI management, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operational support, business intelligence, or related roles required.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions required.
  • Experience working with large operational data sets and business intelligence tools required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, PowerQuery, and advanced data modeling preferred.
  • Experience working with databases and querying tools such as SQL, XML, and/or 1010data strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Alteryx or other automation/reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail operations, field operations, or large-scale operational environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar platforms) to enhance analytics, reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-support capabilities preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail operations or field operations environments preferred.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional operational initiatives preferred.
  • Project management or operational improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, PowerQuery, Excel, and related analytical tools.
  • Perform advanced ad hoc analyses to identify operational trends, exceptions, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and manage decision-support reporting that provides visibility into key operational metrics and store performance.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to support business recommendations and operational execution.
  • Create automated and scalable reporting solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Translate technical and analytical findings into actionable business insights for leadership and field operations teams.
  • Support operational reporting needs for senior leadership, field teams, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Monitor reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across operational tools and systems.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities through data analysis, root-cause identification, and business evaluation.
  • Support development, testing, and implementation of operational solutions and process improvements.
  • Conduct analyses to measure business impact, operational effectiveness, and implementation results.
  • Assist with pilot programs, field tests, and operational rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives impacting store execution and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, communicate updates, and support implementation activities.
  • Develop presentations, executive summaries, and reporting materials for leadership review.
  • Provide analytical support and operational insights for emerging business needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with operational documentation, communications, and reporting standardization efforts.
