About The Position

The Store Monogrammer will be responsible for selecting items for personalization and matching them to guest orders. This role requires a high attention to detail to ensure that the embroidery matches guest specifications and that all embroidered items are assessed for quality before being picked up by the guest. The Monogrammer will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and upkeep on the embroidery machine.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to operate embroidery machine and adhere to safety practices and policies
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate POS system
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Responsibilities

• Select items for personalization and match guest orders.
• Ensure that needle and threading match guest specifications.
• Assess embroidered items for any frayed threading and assure quality before items are picked up by guest.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on embroidery machine.
