About The Position

The Store Manager will lead, manage, and take accountability for store performance, team, and operations. This role involves understanding store financials and meeting financial targets, fostering a store culture that embraces company core values, implementing quality control measures, providing excellent customer service, controlling inventory, and supporting dealership operations. The ideal candidate is a team leader with exceptional skills in hiring, managing, and motivating employees. They should be a self-starter who takes initiative to lead team members, resolve store issues, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with staff, sales representatives, the business development team, and company leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • 3 years of management, service or team leadership experience.
  • Clean driving record for past 5 years.
  • Ability to lead team members at all times.
  • Ability to uphold core values and set example for the team.
  • Ability to take direction from upper management and implement.
  • Skill that enables the management of many duties and responsibilities effectively at the same time.
  • Detail oriented and possesses the ability to keep a clean organized work environment.
  • Able to be depended on when delegated to.
  • Ability to inform verbally and in writing, with clarity and good effect.
  • Ability to understand clearly and quickly when instructions or orders are received.
  • Make appropriate judgment calls about what information is important and what is not, and what should be communicated, how to whom and when.
