Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
3 years of management, service or team leadership experience.
Clean driving record for past 5 years.
Leader – able to lead team members at all times.
Continue to uphold core values and set example for the team.
Able to take direction from upper management and implement.
Multi-Tasker – a skill that enables the management of many duties and responsibilities effectively at the same time.
Organized – is detail oriented and possesses the ability to keep a clean organized work environment.
Able to be depended on when delegated to.
Communication- Ability to inform verbally and in writing, with clarity and good effect. It means to understand clearly and quickly when instructions or orders are received. Make appropriate judgment calls about what information is important and what is not, and what should be communicated, how to whom and when.
Customer Focus- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements and products and services. Acts with customers in mind. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and take accountability for store performance, team and operations.

Scheduling & Calendar Management
Reduce and eliminate opportunity cost.
Increase technician efficiency (hours turned/hours worked).
Monitor technician coverage (mechanics and installers).
Calendar coverage primarily for GMs.
Monitor overlap with employees.
Preventative Maintenance Programs & Safety (Lift inspection and certification, Alignment rack inspection and maintenance, Fork lift maintenance, safety and training, Bed Liner machines, Chase cars, Overhead doors, AC & Furnace (HVAC), Compressors).
Inventory (Tint/PPF & COGS) (Organize monthly Tint and PPF inventories, Organize finished goods inventory, Streamline shop supply and consumable inventories).
Building & Grounds Inspection (Preventative maintenance, Cleaning & Janitorial, Snow removal).
Store Support (GM PTO, Reinforce training and coaching, Organize needs and expedite solutions).
Team Leader.
Store sales.
Store financial performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and experience.

Quality control of all products, and services including warranty issues.

Growth of dealership and customer business.
Store meetings & communication.
