About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs a business while creating a warm, welcoming space where customers and the community can connect. The role focuses on leading with craft and heart, creating meaningful customer experiences, and building a coffeehouse where people feel welcome. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where applying.
Ability to work full-time, with work regularly demanding more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
