This dual store management role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail, enjoys developing people, and can confidently balance guest experience, operations, merchandising, and team leadership between both locations within Kitchen Kettle Village. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to manage both stores, inspire teams, drive sales, and create welcoming, high-energy environments across two unique retail experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for both Happy Camper and Good Vibes, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling coordination, and maintaining store standards
  • Drive sales performance by setting goals, supporting the team on the sales floor, and creating outstanding guest experiences
  • Train, coach, and develop staff while supporting onboarding, accountability, and overall team performance
  • Oversee inventory processes including restocking, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and physical inventory preparation
  • Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards to ensure stores remain organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready
  • Partner with leadership to support operational improvements, communication, and overall store success
  • Model Burnley Enterprises’ Vision, Mission, Values + How to B.E. standards through daily leadership and guest interactions
  • All other related duties as required or assigned
