About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager for their Beyond Yoga store in Century City, CA. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate customer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, brand heritage, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and inspiring environment. The ideal candidate will be a role model who demonstrates courage, drives performance, and leads their team to success.
Requirements
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
- 3+ years of store management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
