About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Beyond Yoga store in Century City, CA. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and possess a passion for fashion and the retail industry. They should embrace originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and drive performance, leading their team to success in growing sales, building a strong team, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring customer focus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of store management experience required
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
- Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
