Responsibilities

  • Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
  • Enable a best-in-class customer experience
  • Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a team
  • Be the face to the community in the area your store operates
  • Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
  • Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best-in-class repair, care, sales, and services
  • Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies, and procedures
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre- owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively
