As a Store Manager, it is your responsibility to make sure your location is delivering excellence in customer experience; follows all operational policy and procedures and meets sales goals and objectives, while supporting the WOW! mobile boutique™ brand promise to provide the customer with the most helpful, friendly, unbiased advice. You lead by example and create an environment where team members receive regular coaching and development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years store supervision and management experience developed in a retail organization, preferably within the wireless or electronics sector
  • Detail oriented and results focused individual with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Computer aptitude with strong skills in Microsoft office
  • Comfortable with modern technology
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue, customer experience and daily operations
  • Effectively communicates and participates in the achievement of all sales targets including activations, accessory and warranty attach and other identified KPIs
  • Enjoy leading a sales team in a dynamic and results driven culture
  • Ensures that all team members follow our sales process
  • Participate in and deliver coaching and training to your team
  • Validate staff promotional knowledge and sales skills
  • Consistently monitor sales floor to ensure high levels of integrity for yourself and your team
  • Daily execution of CRM tool, ensuring customer follow-up and CASL compliance
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed outside of operating hours where applicable
  • Audit all transactions daily and provide feedback where needed
  • Develop and execute quarterly objectives and goals
  • Attend and participate in all required scheduled calls or webinars
  • Optimize scheduling to best serve our customers and control shrink.
  • Inspire your team to deliver on our brand promise of Personalized, Unbiased, Advice
  • Lead by example in all required sales and operational behaviors
  • Ensure compliance of all policies and procedures
  • Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, securing inventory and planogram changes
  • Maintain kiosk look and feel to high standard, as directed by marketing guidelines
  • Management of staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and interviewing
  • Write and deliver Progressive Performance Management documentation
  • Continuously building a pipeline and proactively recruit
