About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, fashion-forward, and driven Store Manager who embodies an entrepreneurial, shopkeeper mentality. This role involves leading a team to deliver an elevated customer experience, build lasting relationships, and strategically drive business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution. The ideal candidate will empower, develop, and motivate their team, recruit top talent, ensure operational excellence, and create foot traffic through community involvement and events. This position also focuses on driving Omni channel sales by leveraging available tools and technology.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
  • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross functional partners and marketing opportunities
  • Create foot traffic through community involvement and hosting events
  • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
