About The Position

The Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, is expected to be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and capable of thinking beyond immediate tasks. This role involves modeling and coaching to ensure an exceptional consumer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Requirements

  • Has a passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
  • 3+ years of store management experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
  • Constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Model and coach for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits (Growing Sales).
  • Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team (Building a Strong Team).
  • Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising (Operational Excellence).
  • Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone (Customer Focus).
