About The Position

We are looking for a Store Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role and drive business results. At Majik, you will build real relationships, earn bonuses, and grow your career. We provide training, so prior rent-to-own experience is not required. This role involves leading daily operations across sales, service, and team execution, coaching and developing team members, reviewing reports to improve results, driving revenue through customer engagement, supporting account retention, managing scheduling, inventory, and store standards, and stepping in to lead the store when needed. You will supervise and develop a team of 3-5 employees, providing coaching, feedback, and accountability, and partnering with leadership on performance and growth.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years leadership or management experience
  • Strong background in sales or retail
  • Proven ability to drive results and develop people
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role within 30–60 days
  • Demonstrated ability to own a business, not just manage tasks

Responsibilities
