Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of retail leadership experience preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, and develop people
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing retail operations and financial results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
  • Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A high standard of excellence in customer experience, sales performance, and operational execution
  • Appreciation for modern design, premium products, and quality craftsmanship
  • Familiarity with retail systems including Point of Sale platforms, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and STORIS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales performance while creating a culture focused on customer experience, accountability, and results
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales, operational, and financial goals
  • Actively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and their experience reflects the EQ3 brand
  • Analyze business results, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive continued growth
  • Partner with regional leadership to support business objectives and long-term success
  • Maintain a visually inspiring and operationally excellent showroom environment
  • Oversee store administration including scheduling, payroll support, banking procedures, inventory accuracy, and operational standards
