About The Position

We are a leading HVAC industry serving, contractors and businesses across Florida markets. Our focus is on delivering high-quality equipment, parts, and customer service. We operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where branch leadership plays a critical role in driving revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Retail Branch Manager to lead one of our HVAC locations. This role carries full responsibility for branch performance, including sales growth, gross margin, inventory control, and team leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HVAC distribution, wholesale
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts
• Inventory control and operational discipline
• Leadership and team development
• Customer relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as: Sage 300
• Only applicants with HVAC experienced will be consider for this role.

• Some Excel skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full branch performance
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor KPIs: sales, inventory turnover
• Lead counter sales operations
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Ensure disciplined pricing and margin protection
• Promote upselling of parts and accessories
• Maintain optimal stock levels (min/max strategy)
• Reduce stockouts and excess inventory
• Oversee order processing, warehouse coordination, and logistics
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
• Supervise and develop counter sales, warehouse, and drivers
• Establish performance expectations and accountability
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• Deliver fast, accurate, and professional service
• Resolve escalations and maintain strong contractor relationships
