Responsibilities

Lead Daily Salon Operations by keeping the salon organized, efficient, and customer-focused every day.
Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed goals.
Drive Sales Performance - Increase memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through strong leadership and sales coaching.
Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Monitor key metrics, oversee scheduling, handle cash management, and maintain operational excellence.
Represent the brand and help grow local awareness through community involvement and in-store promotions.
