About The Position

The Only Facial is seeking a licensed esthetician who loves leading a team and creating exceptional client experiences to join us as a Store Manager. This role involves overseeing operations, guiding staff, and ensuring the spa remains a welcoming and relaxing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards. Responsibilities include operational leadership, team development, client experience management, financial and inventory oversight, and marketing/community engagement.

Requirements

Licensed Esthetician (required)
Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support growth and efficiency.
Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships.
Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency.
Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives.
Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
