About The Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting the Calvin Klein brand, delivering a top-notch customer experience that represents the brand’s minimalist and sensual point of view. You will contribute to the overall success of your store’s business and uphold CALVIN KLEIN’s brand standards and visuals. Store Managers lead the effort to exceed expectations, provide exceptional service and display passion for the brand. You are responsible for conducting strategic business analysis, leading a team with a focus on delivering top-line sales results and managing controllable expenses. Store Managers own the recruitment, talent development, and performance management of their store team in partnership with the Assistant/Associate Managers.

Requirements

  • Friendliness, organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals
  • Energy and excitement around shared goals and values
  • Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome and spark conversation that inspires sales and builds brand connection.
  • Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing, driving sales results, and coaching in-the-moment.
  • Implement and support long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance.
  • Stay on top of unique and timeless fashion and show off the brand to customers.
  • Work the sales floor by processing, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with the brand’s vision.
  • Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers, embracing uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures, and act as a coach and point of reference for Loss Prevention trainings and techniques.
  • Lead inventory control and RFID when applicable.
  • Direct payroll & scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets.
  • Conduct strategic business analysis and planning, and communicate opportunities with senior leadership.
