About The Position

Blarney Castle Oil Co. is seeking an engaging leader to join their team as a Store Manager. This is a Full-Time Exempt position with a competitive benefits package. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth business operations. The company, family-owned since 1933, is a leading retail C-store operation in Michigan with over 1,800 team members. Requirements

A High School diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of progressive retail experience
A hands-on, interactive leadership style
Strong communication and coaching skills
A passion for developing people and building relationships
Comfort with technology and retail operations
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
Reliable transportation and valid car insurance

Responsibilities
