About The Position

The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who performs store functions while guiding and serving as a role model for the team. The manager coaches, develops, and inspires employees to represent Sunglass Hut and deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. The role is responsible for achieving sales and company objectives, building customer relationships, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring consistent execution of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of previous leadership experience.
Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to use critical thinking to deliver effective execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

Use The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver the sales plan and company objectives.
Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to improve store performance.
Encourage teamwork, career development, and talent retention.
Network, recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train employees using onboarding tools.
Create individual development plans to support team growth.
Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the brand's integrity.
Build an emotional connection within the team that supports sales and consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
Continually coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and consistently execute brand standards.
Stay knowledgeable about products, new merchandise, and fashion trends.
Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed and brand standards are maintained.
Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
