About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs the business while creating a warm and welcoming place where customers can connect. The role offers opportunities for professional growth through developmental experiences and company benefits. The position requires full-time availability, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
