About The Position

The Store Manager position is a salaried role responsible for providing daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. This role involves providing day-to-day leadership to the store and its teammates, which includes selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. The Store Manager supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by guests for quality automotive service and tires, by actively promoting products and services to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to all positions within the store to include General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates
• Select, coach, and develop store teammates
• Promote products and services to guests
