About The Position
La Casa de las Carcasas is seeking a Store Manager for their store located in the Gran Roma shopping center in Rome. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing a retail store.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead it with energy and passion.
- Results-oriented individual, while maintaining a focus on service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities of the store and the organization of the team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Train, support, and motivate your team.
- Monitor performance and implement sales and visual strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team in selecting new talent.
