We're looking for an experienced retail leader to oversee one of our flagship locations and lead a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional customer experience every day. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, customer experience, and people development of a Summerhill Market retail location. This role is ideal for an experienced Grocery Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will oversee all store departments while ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, exceptional merchandising standards, food safety compliance, and an outstanding shopping experience. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a hands-on operator who leads by example, develops strong leaders, builds accountability, and creates a positive, engaging culture throughout the store.
