About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations, including driving store profitability, managing inventory, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing a superior guest experience. The role oversees daily operations, team development and performance, staffing, sales opportunities, and operational controls. The Store Manager creates an organized, process-oriented environment and a people-first culture of superior guest service. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, at least 50 hours per week including one weekend per month, and availability to be on call 24/7.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of retail management experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
Availability to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations.
Hire talent and train and develop the team.
Manage employee performance and set clear expectations, track results, and support continuous improvement.
Schedule employees effectively to meet guest demand, provide a superior experience, and maintain labor controls.
Drive store profitability.
Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends.
Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities.
Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
Communicate company objectives as necessary.
Create a people-first culture focused on superior guest service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
