About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a dynamic, team-oriented retail environment. The manager oversees talent and store operations, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive an excellent, personalized experience that meets their hair and beauty needs. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through budget oversight, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
