About The Position

Badlands Harley Davidson is currently looking for a store manager. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the store including staff management, financial management, merchandising, driving sales and customer service, ensuring best practices and meeting quality standards to achieve key results and support company strategies. Job sharing is a possibility for this position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or the equivalent required.
  • High level of customer service is required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
  • Outstanding Computer skills required.

  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance, product knowledge, and inventory/restock
  • Recruit and hire employees and maintain a schedule to meet operational requirements and maximize productivity.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
  • Implement company processes to ensure follow through and completion of tasks.
  • Seek ways to better promote the store, the product, and service within the store.
  • Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and display.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including timely submission of all personnel paperwork and monitoring banking, cash, and payroll reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
