About The Position

Sally Beauty Store Managers lead a team-oriented retail environment focused on helping customers find tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a positive, memorable experience. They oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. They also ensure employees follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
