About The Position

As the Store Manager at Traveler's Oasis, you will be the driving force behind the successful operation and growth of the retail location. Your primary objective is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading a motivated team, managing inventory effectively, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. You will oversee daily store activities, including sales performance, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures. By analyzing sales data and customer feedback, you will implement strategies to maximize profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
