The Store Manager position is an hourly role. The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store to include General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for providing the day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. This position supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by our guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires by promoting products and services to guests.
