About The Position

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop store team members and leadership staff
- Drive sales growth and achieve operational goals
- Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation
- Oversee training and employee engagement
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and in-stock conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Manage labor costs and daily store performance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
