CHEF’STORE values employees who build relationships with customers, know the stores, offer cost-saving tips, and help customers find what they need. As a primary contact for Cash and Carry customers, the Store Manager provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service daily. The Store Manager is responsible for the total operations of the store, including financial performance, product merchandising/stocking, expense control, and achieving sales and profitability goals. They are responsible for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and associated programs, as well as recruiting, training, and developing employees. The Store Manager ensures adherence to all loss prevention procedures, performs Manager-on-duty functions, and other required duties.
