The Store Manager is responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, and delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable customer experience. The role’s primary focus is building and managing a capable team through consistent training, clear expectations, coaching, and accountability. Working closely with the Director of Customer Experience, the Store Manager translates store goals and priorities into daily action and supports merchandising, inventory management, sales planning, and social media content. This is a full-time, salaried position working in the store five days per week. Saturdays are required, with Sundays and one weekday off. The weekday off may be selected based on the manager’s preference and coordinated with store coverage needs. Scheduled work may include time before opening or after closing for preparation, training, and operational responsibilities. Occasional schedule adjustments may be needed for classes, promotions, and special events. The Director of Customer Experience establishes overall strategy, product selection, promotional direction, training standards, and broader customer experience priorities. The Store Manager owns daily execution, staffing, employee coaching, and operational follow-through; makes routine decisions within established guidelines; keeps the Director informed; and raises issues requiring larger decisions or changes.
