About The Position

Downeast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented leader to join their retail team as the Store Manager for their Boise, ID location. The Store Manager will oversee operational and organizational standards in the store, as well as motivate employees to meet business metrics. Founded in 1991, Downeast is a woman's apparel company based in Utah, known for its flattering, high-quality, and affordable clothing designed for busy lifestyles. They operate 11 retail locations across Utah and Idaho, alongside a thriving e-commerce business.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Available nights, weekends, holidays (open availability)
Action oriented with a drive for results

Responsibilities

Deliver an excellent internal and external customer experience
Motivate sales team to meet goals and objectives
Ensure store is operationally sound through systems management
Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner
Oversee inventory management
Prepare an effective schedule
Manage labor cost and payroll spend, recruit, hire, train and develop great talent
Ensure all Division of Responsibilities (DOR's) are managed
Execute and adapt in store merchandising to maximize business opportunities
Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
