About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations, including driving profitability, managing inventory, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing a superior guest experience. The role leads and develops the team in a hands-on, dynamic environment and creates an organized, process-oriented, people-first culture focused on service and continuous improvement. The Store Manager manages daily operations, store financial and inventory performance, staffing, employee development, and guest service. The position requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; at least 50 hours of work per week, including one weekend per month; and availability to be on call 24/7.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and MVR.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations.
Hire talent and train and develop the team.
Manage employee performance and set clear expectations, track results, and support continuous improvement.
Schedule employees effectively to meet guest demand, deliver a superior experience, and maintain labor controls.
Drive store profitability.
Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends.
Forecast and analyze business trends and performance related to payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
Implement action plans to generate additional sales opportunities.
Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
Communicate company objectives as necessary.
Create a people-first culture focused on superior guest service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
