About The Position

We’re reimagining what retail can be with interactive, immersive experiences that go way beyond the aisle. We’re looking for passionate, people-loving leaders to help bring this new vision to life! We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead our store at Denver Premium. This is more than managing a store—it’s about building a team, creating memorable customer experiences, and being the face of fun. You’ll drive results, develop your team, and work closely with our Home Office to make magic happen in-store.
Requirements
- 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
- A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play
- Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation
- Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms
- Color Perception (Red, Green, Amber)
