About The Position

Toys“R”Us is looking for a passionate, people-loving leader to be a Store Manager at our Denver Premium location. This role is about building a team, creating memorable customer experiences, and embodying the fun and joy that Toys“R”Us represents. You will drive results, develop your team, and collaborate with the Home Office to bring the in-store vision to life.

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
• A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play
• Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation
• Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms
