About The Position

As a Store Manager, you are the leader of your store team and the driver of daily operations. You’ll create a positive, high-performing environment by coaching, developing, and supporting your team while ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and reliable service every day. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred
Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Comfortable using technology and retail systems
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop store team members and Assistant Managers
Build a strong team culture focused on customer service, accountability, and results
Train and prepare future leaders within the organization
Manage day-to-day store operations, staffing, and scheduling
Drive store performance by achieving sales, operational, and customer service goals
Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, merchandising, and compliance
Complete audits, reports, and required retail compliance tasks accurately and on time
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Support store coverage by working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
