The Store Manager is the primary contact for Cash and Carry customers, responsible for daily customer service, total store operations, financial performance, merchandising, expense control, sales and profitability goals, recruiting, training, and employee development. The Store Manager also ensures adherence to loss prevention procedures and performs Manager-on-duty functions.
