The Store Manager is responsible for monitoring store sales performance, identifying and solving problems effectively, developing strong customer relations, and supervising and coaching store employees. This role ensures that merchandise is received accurately and promptly, maintains a safe work environment, and minimizes inventory shrinkage. The Store Manager also works closely with the District office on procurement card controls and negotiates with non-NAPA vendors.
