Requirements

  • 21 years old to apply
  • 3+ or more years of management experience in a retail store environment, leading a team of people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • “Whatever it takes” mentality; desire to go above and beyond
  • Must have the flexibility to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Efficient in Google and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening
  • Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining and enforcing the Company's policies and procedures
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, leading by example, and training the retail staff on customer service standards
  • Maintaining technical industry knowledge and product knowledge, and training staff on products in the store
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and completing store evaluations
  • Having a full understanding of the compliance binder
  • Proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
  • Upholding and enforcing Company policies and procedures, and effectively training new staff on the policies and procedures
  • Managing and motivating store staff by coaching and training
  • Conducting performance appraisals and communicating any performance issues to HR and DM
  • Significant administrative tasks to include daily and weekly schedules of store staff and managing time off requests
  • Opening and closing the store, and ensuring daily coverage (must work 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month)
  • Accurately and efficiently receiving and processing orders
  • Upholding visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated
  • Leading and maintaining communication at the store level
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
  • Maintaining store security, use of the NVR cameras, and ensuring all customers are screened at the entrance
  • Participating, assisting, and scheduling the proper staff for inventory audits with the Operations team
  • Responding effectively to customer complaints and inquiries
  • Responding to any emergency action items and issues, such as pulling NVR footage
  • Approving any product discounts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
