About The Position
As the Gas Bar Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the gas bar, convenience store, and cardlock, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and delivers a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma (post-secondary education is considered an asset)
- 3+ years of experience in a convenience store or similar retail environment
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to safety, compliance, and delivering excellent customer service
- Can work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Can meet the physical demands of the role including lifting up to 25kg

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and site readiness
- Manage fuel pricing, inventory, and ordering while monitoring performance
- Accountable for sales, margins, expenses, and inventory through budgeting and reporting
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet operational and service standards
- Ensure a consistent customer experience and address escalated concerns
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
