The Store Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness in new markets, developing a strong business, and leading a team. This role involves overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability through effective merchandise, inventory, expense control, and operating cost management.

Responsibilities

  • The overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis
  • Achieving high operational and merchandising standards
  • Hyper focused on long term business with an emphasis on clienteling & client outreach
  • The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results
  • Ability to self-manage and navigate through ambiguity
  • Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture
  • Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational
  • Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives
