About The Position
As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. Requirements
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, with work regularly demanding more than 40 hours per week, and variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
