About The Position

The Store Manager is a coffeehouse leader responsible for running the business and leading a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming space for the community, while leading with craft and heart. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly demanding more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead the coffeehouse team and coach and mentor team partners.
Run the coffeehouse business in a sales-focused environment.
