Graeter’s is a fun and exciting fourth-generation family-owned company looking for candidates to help us achieve our goal of providing our guests with the best service and products available anywhere. As a Graeter's Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store and its operations, including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques, and local marketing.
Requirements
- Retail and/or food service background
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisor/manager/leadership role of a team of at least 5 people
- Must be able to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages, etc.
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures
- Must have the ability to write professional reports and memos
- Must have the ability to speak before a group with poise
- Minimum of high school diploma
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or combination of education and 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates

- Managing all aspects of the store and its operations
- Working with and analyzing sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages, etc.
- Reading and comprehending instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures
- Writing professional reports and memos
- Speaking before a group with poise
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Having the flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment (around the store and in/out of vehicles)
- Standing on your feet for prolonged periods of 8+ hours
