About The Position

Family Dollar is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The manager oversees business operations to maximize sales and profitability, delegates store activities to support smooth daily operations, and implements operational and merchandising direction from corporate headquarters. The role also includes developing associates, providing a positive customer experience, safeguarding company assets, engaging with the community, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements

Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally 55 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Retail management experience preferred.
