About The Position

The Briad Group is expanding and launching 40 modern, multi-brand travel centers across NY State powered by Circle K and top quick-service restaurants. They are seeking a confident, hands-on Store Manager to oversee high-volume retail, food service, and fuel operations. This role is for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a clear path to multi-unit leadership. Requirements

• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Retail background preferred.
• Strong communication (English), organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 56 hours per week (up to 6 days).
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts; lift up to 30 lbs. routinely (60 lbs. occasionally); work in coolers, freezers, and outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team (CSRs to Assistant Managers); foster a culture of growth and safety.
• Ensure exceptional, friendly guest experiences and drive suggestive selling behaviors.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory; manage schedules to meet labor targets.
• Manage P&L, analyze sales trends, control expenses, and reconcile all funds to maximize profitability.
• Oversee equipment (pumps, food service); enforce company policies and local/federal safety regulations.
